All products are packaged carefully by hand by A'luxee and mailed via USPS. Once packages have been shipped you will receive a tracking number. ALL PACKAGES WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ONCE DELIVERED.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE TRACKING NUMBER ISN'T WORKING?

You must contact the postal services and track your package. Please verify that the address entered for the order is correct. A'luxee Virgin Hair is not responsible for missing packages.

CAN I RECEIEVE A REFUND FOR MY ORDER/SERVICE?
